Problem with credits or a payment?

Include the email address you paid with and, if you have it, your Stripe receipt. That's the quickest way to sort it out.

Feedback on a report?

If the coach got something wrong or confusing, tell us which format you picked and what it said. It genuinely helps make the coach better.
